The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin, is a soft and shiny fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is printed with a single-sided patterned design using sublimation technology on polyester, which features attributes reflecting its gastronomic composition, highlighting fruits such as raspberry and blackberry. The design has multicolored main colors and could be combined with plain tones such as black, beige, and gray.
The characteristics of the fabric and its printed design can be identified by its soft texture and bright appearance. This fabric has a wide variety of applications and uses, ideal for furniture decoration, as well as fashion apparel. Among the mentioned applications, upholstery for chairs, armchairs, sofas, cushions, and baskets stands out, while in fashion it can be used for making trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, vests, handbags, and backpacks.
It is important to keep in mind certain precautions when caring for this fabric, such as avoiding bleaching and dry cleaning, as well as the use of cleaning products containing trichloroethylene. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows for greater intensity in the reproduction of the design through the process of transferring ink directly onto the fabric. This results in a precise and detailed finish in the design, printed only on one side of the fabric.
