The Lycra Polyester fabric - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 features an elastic and soft texture, with chlorine-resistant finishes and very high UV protection 50+. Its printed design, of simple complexity, combines elements of folk style and home decoration with wild and multicolored flowers and petals. This design can be combined with solid colors such as pink, blue, and green. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding its general characteristics, Lycra Polyester - Cairo is ideal for sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and general fashion for women, men, and children. Its elastic and soft texture allows for a high degree of comfort and freedom of movement, while its resistant finishes ensure a long lifespan for garments made with it. For its part, the printed design adds a touch of originality and style to the garments made.
In terms of applications and uses, Lycra Polyester - Cairo is especially useful for making high-quality sportswear, such as tops and leggings, as well as for swimwear and lingerie. It can also be used to make general fashion garments, especially tops and bodysuits with original designs.
Regarding care, it is important not to bleach the fabric and wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is recommended not to use a dryer to dry clothes made with this fabric. If dry cleaning is needed, the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided. For ironing, a low temperature should be used.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of a process of ink transfer onto the fabric through heat and pressure. In this way, the printed design is incorporated into the fabric permanently and with high quality.
