The base fabric is Cotton Sateen, known as White Satin, which has a composition of 100% cotton with a weight of 168 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This satin, soft fabric is ideal for various fashion applications such as shirts, dresses, and skirts, as well as for home textiles, such as pillowcases and sheets, especially in the summer season. The printed design, created using reactive digital textile printing technology for natural fibers, presents a very simple complexity and combines home decoration styles and modern art in black and white. The predominant colors of the design are night black, army gray, and white. This design can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, gray, and dark red.
The softness and texture of the Cotton Sateen adapt perfectly to the printed design, which creates a delicate feeling of elegance and refinement. With reactive digital textile printing, the design is appreciated with great sharpness on one side of the fabric. The fabric is durable and remains in excellent condition after several washes. Regarding its characteristics, Cotton Sateen is very soft to the touch and has a thin texture that makes it ideal for light and fresh garments.
Regarding the applications and uses of Cotton Sateen, we can consider all garments that require a soft and comfortable fabric such as shirts, dresses, skirts, and bedding. In the case of bedding, Cotton Sateen provides a feeling of freshness and softness that allows for a restful sleep. Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to produce this fabric is reactive digital textile printing for natural fibers. This technique is based on the application of a specialized ink that chemically adheres to the fibers of the fabric. In this way, a detailed and wash-resistant print is achieved, without losing the softness and texture of the base fabric.
