The fabric in question is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, a knitted fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. The printed design has a very simple complexity and falls within the home decor and modern art styles, with a predominance of black and white, featuring 59.89% night black, 18.0% night black, and 8.95% army gray. This design could be perfectly combined with solid color ranges such as white, black, or gray.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, making it important to note that it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side. In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric has a soft texture, is opaque, and elastic to the touch. The printed design stands out for its simplicity and modernity, making it ideal for decoration and craft projects.
Regarding its applications and uses, in addition to those already mentioned, this type of fabric is perfect for making lingerie, bras, knitwear, accessories, scrunchies, and hair ties. Thanks to the fabrics elasticity, it adapts perfectly to the body, making it a very comfortable and versatile fabric.
It is important to note that this fabric must be cared for with great care and attention. Do not bleach, follow machine washing instructions with a maximum temperature of 30ºC, the use of trichloroethylene is not recommended, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature on the reverse side of the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for quality and long-lasting printing. The ink turns into gas upon contact with the fabric and adheres to the fabric through heat and pressure, resulting in vibrant colors and a high-quality finish.
