The base fabric is Paño - Glasgow, a melton fabric with a composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. With a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for making outerwear, blazers, and jackets. In addition, its soft texture provides extra comfort against the skin. The printed design features simple cloud shapes that evoke the nature of the sky. Its main color palette includes multi-colored tones, which allows this fabric to be combined with other plain tones in a versatile way. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
The Paño - Glasgow fabric has very convenient general characteristics for both fashion and home textiles. Its use is wide, as it is perfect for outerwear such as coats, trench coats, or jackets, as well as for home accessories such as coasters or kitchen towels. The season for this fabric is winter and autumn/winter 2021, when outerwear is a necessity. Likewise, its composition allows for adequate amortization and fewer wrinkles.
To keep this fabric in optimal condition, it is advisable not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Dry cleaning of the garment is not recommended. It is possible to iron the fabric at a warm temperature, but do not use a tumble dryer to dry it.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is applied to polyester fabrics. In the sublimation process, the ink is printed on transfer paper, which is then transferred onto the fabric using heat and pressure, producing a high-quality and durable image resistant to fading and wear.
