The Organic Viella fabric - Moscow is a type of viyella with a composition of 100% organic cotton and a weight of 140 gr/m2, making it perfect for use in summer clothing, such as dresses or shirts. Its width of 160 cm allows for a wide range of possibilities in applications for home textiles, such as tablecloths or napkins. In addition, it has GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, which confirms its sustainable nature.
The printed design on this fabric is truly attractive. The predominant color is Multicolor and it is characterized by a simple Vector Pattern style with hexagonal shapes. The design has great symbolism, as the hexagons represent the harmony achieved in nature when its elements are perfectly organized. The design adapts to both modern and classic environments, and can be combined with solid colors such as white or black to reinforce its visual impact.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. This technology allows the image to be directly transferred onto the fabric, without the traditional molds that were necessary for screen printing, which allows for faster production speed and greater fidelity in the designs.
The general characteristics of the fabric include a soft touch and a pleasant texture, which makes it ideal for making garments and home textiles. As for the design, it stands out for its simplicity and vectorial style, which favors a perfect visualization of the pattern. In addition, by using hexagonal shapes, a sense of order and harmony is created that is very attractive.
Regarding the applications of the fabric, in addition to those already mentioned, its usefulness for making pajamas or bedding is worth noting, since its organic composition and soft touch provide great comfort during rest. Regarding care, the fabric can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, it should not be bleached, it cannot be tumble dried, and ironing at a warm temperature is recommended.
Finally, the technology used for printing this fabric is reactive direct digital printing, which, through the use of special inks and exposure to high temperatures, manages to fix the image on the fabric with great quality and definition. This technique is environmentally friendly and allows for a faithful and precise reproduction of the selected design.
