The base fabric is the fine water-repellent fabric - Storm, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 70 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. It is waterproof and has a thin, smooth texture. The printed design is of very simple complexity, with a blurred, colorful, and decorative style in multicolored shades. In addition to these predominant colors, it could be combined with plain tones such as white, black, gray, blue, or green. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a water-repellent finish and is suitable for use in fashion garments, jackets, and shower curtains, as well as in sportswear such as raincoats and jackets. As for care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron at low temperature. It should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester, a process by which the design is printed on paper and then transferred to the fabric through heat, giving it exceptional print quality and long durability. In summary, the Storm fabric and its printed design are an excellent option for waterproof and decorative garments with a casual and colorful style.
