The fabric in question is the Antibacterial Water-Repellent Fabric - Tromso, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has water-repellent and antibacterial properties, making it ideal for use in fashion, decoration, and accessories. The printed design features a blurred and colorful style with a very simple complexity, making it perfect for those looking for a striking yet not overly complex design. The main colors of the design are multicolor, allowing it to be easily combined with other solid colors such as white, black, or orange.
The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means the design is only on one side of the fabric. The fabric has a rough texture and a waterproof finish, allowing it to be used in outdoor environments. The antibacterial finish also allows it to be used in medical and sanitary settings.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, is its use in frames and canvases for interior decoration. It can also be used in tablecloths and cushions for dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. In fashion, it is perfect for making pants, backpacks, and purses. It can even be used for making coin purses and toiletry bags.
For the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at maximum temperatures of 60ºC, and iron it at a warm temperature. This type of fabric allows for dry cleaning, but products containing trichloroethylene should be avoided. In addition, this fabric cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process uses special inks that adhere to the fabric by means of heat and pressure, creating a durable and wear-resistant design. Digital textile printing allows for great precision in the reproduction of designs, which makes this type of fabric highly valued in the textile industry.
