The base fabric is a Dublin Velveteen Corduroy made of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a soft texture and a shiny visual finish that perfectly complements the printed design with circles and polka dots in DarkSlateBlue, Cotton White, and Lavender Pink tones. This design brings a sense of elegance and sophistication to the fabric, which combines perfectly with neutral tones such as grey or beige. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding the characteristics of the fabric, it is important to highlight its softness to the touch and its visual shine, which make it a perfect fabric for decoration and the creation of high-end garments. The application of the printed design enhances these characteristics, providing a touch of distinction and style to any project that uses it. As for uses and applications, Dublin Velveteen Corduroy is ideal for upholstery and interior decoration, as well as for making haute couture garments. In addition, thanks to its composition, it can also be used in the manufacture of accessories and handbags.
Regarding care, it is important to note that the fabric should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning, although it does allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
Sublimation printing technology is used for the manufacture of this printed fabric. This process involves printing the design on special paper using special sublimation inks, which are transferred by heat to the fabric to create a sharp and durable image. This printing method is characterized by its high quality and resistance to washing, which ensures that the printed design will maintain its color and shiny finish for a long time.
