The Recycled Lycra - Seal fabric, weighing 230 gr/m2, is a soft and elastic textile composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane. With a pleasant texture to the touch and a weight of 230 gr/m2, this fabric is perfect for use in lingerie, swimwear, and sportswear. Its printed design features a vector pattern of simple yet colorful swirls, inspired by art painting. The main colors are multi-colored, allowing for easy combination with other plain colors such as white, black, or vibrant colors like red or yellow.
This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, meaning that only one side has the pattern printed on it. The general characteristics of the fabric include a chlorine-resistant finish and a very high UV protection factor of 50+. The printed design is also resistant to fading and wear, making it durable and long-lasting.
The applications and uses of the fabric are varied, ranging from sportswear such as leggings or leotards, to swimwear like bikinis and swimsuits. Furthermore, the sustainability of this fabric is GRS certified and it is sustainable due to being recycled.
Regarding care instructions, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry cleaning is not allowed, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry. These care instructions will ensure that the fabric remains in optimal condition for longer.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This is a process where the design is printed on transfer paper and then transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure. This ensures a sharp and durable print on the fabric.
