The fabric in question is the Organic Viyella - Moscow, a Viyella-type fabric composed of 100% organic cotton with a weight of 140 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The printed design is characterized by its simplicity and its decorative and botanical style with floral elements and artistic plants in multicolor tones. This design would combine well with solid colors in shades of green, pink, or blue to create a harmonious ensemble. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding the fabrics characteristics, its soft touch and pleasant texture stand out. The printed design adds a touch of freshness and naturalness to the fabric, allowing its use in fashion, for both men and women, to make dresses and shirts, as well as in home textiles for tablecloths and napkins. This fabric is also ideal for creating lingerie items such as pajamas. It is worth mentioning that the fabric is GOTS certified and sustainable due to its organic composition.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron at a warm temperature. It is important to note that it cannot be tumble-dried and dry cleaning is recommended except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is direct reactive digital for natural fibers, which allows for greater definition and quality in the printed design. This technology enables direct printing on the fabric, without the need to transfer the image, which reduces environmental impact and the amount of waste generated.
