Tweed - Chanel fabric is a polyester fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design, created with the sublimation technique, features a combination of artistic styles and is composed of predominant colors such as dark forest green (44.02%), milk chocolate brown (18.62%), and dark orange (14.43%). Other design attributes include its colorfulness and brightness, as well as the presence of drawn elements and smoke. This design can perfectly combine with solid tones such as beige, black, or white.
The fabrics texture is stiff to the touch and presents some roughness due to its polyester composition. On the other hand, the printed design has great artistic expressiveness and combines very well with a wide range of styles. In terms of applications, it allows for the manufacturing of garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, blousons, vests, shorts, bermudas, bow ties, and caps. Additionally, it can be used for manufacturing cushions for both living rooms and bedrooms and kitchens, as well as for outdoor decoration.
It is important to note that, for its care, the fabric should not be bleached and is recommended to be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
The manufacturing of this fabric is done using the sublimation technique, which consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure exerted by digital textile printing machines. This technique allows the design to be sharp and high quality, making it a very attractive option for manufacturing fashion garments and accessories. It should be noted that the design is printed on only one side of the fabric.
