The Punto Jersey Cotton-Touch fabric - Atenas stands out for its composition of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, which gives it an elastic and soft texture to the touch. Its weight of 239 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it an ideal choice for knitwear, lingerie, and accessories. The printed design on this fabric is highly complex and brightly styled, with a theme inspired by the galactic nature of space. Its multicolored main design would combine perfectly with plain white, black, and dark blue fabrics.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a double-sided printed fabric. The characteristics of the fabric focus on its softness and elasticity, due to its composition and texture. The design, for its part, stands out for its complexity and originality inspired by nature.
Applications and uses for this fabric include knitwear such as jerseys, cardigans, tops, and dresses, as well as socks, scarves, and foulards. It is also an interesting option for home textiles such as blankets and napkins.
The fabric is classified for use in winter and autumn/winter 2021. Fabric care is relatively simple: bleaching is not recommended, and it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene, ironed at a cool temperature, and should not be tumble dried.
This fabric is printed using the polyester sublimation technique, a digital textile printing technique that transfers ink directly to the fabric fibers using heat and pressure. This results in a fabric with a high-quality and durable digital image.
