The fabric in question is a Polyester Lycra with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, composed of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Additionally, the design is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and scrunchies.
The digitally printed single-sided fabric stands out for its texture, elasticity, and softness. Thanks to its chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, it can be used for sports activities and under direct sunlight exposure. The printed design, for its part, is very versatile, possessing a decorative style that combines with different plain colors, especially those that highlight the details of the artistic multicolor flowers.
Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for making sportswear, mainly bikinis and swimsuits, as well as for lingerie, especially bralettes and bodysuits. Its weight and composition are also appropriate for making knitwear and fashion tops, offering comfort and freedom of movement.
It is important to care for the printed fabric with the stamped design using gentle washing processes that do not include bleach and at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. Likewise, it is not recommended to use a dryer during the drying process, and ironing should be done at a low temperature if necessary. Finally, dry cleaning with trichloroethylene should be avoided.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process in which digital designs are transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure to create a permanent bond between the ink and the fiber. This allows for detailed and vibrant reproductions on a wide variety of synthetic materials, including the 220 gr/m2 Polyester Lycra - Cairo.
