The base fabric for this design is Recycled Polyester Sport - Basic, with a composition of 93% polyester and 7% elastane. It has a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a width of 145 cm. This fabric has a soft and smooth texture to the touch. The printed design is characterized by the presence of Vichy plaid shapes, with main multi-colors. This design would combine well with solid colors such as white, black, yellow, or blue. It is important to note that digital textile printing is done only on one side of the fabric.
The Recycled Polyester Sport - Basic fabric, along with the Vichy plaid printed design, offers a unique combination of features. As for the fabric, its soft texture and sustainable composition, thanks to its GRS certification, make it ideal for sportswear or swimwear, even for shirts. As for the design, the Vichy plaid adds a retro and youthful touch, yet elegant. In addition, the presence of multiple colors makes it easy to combine with other garments.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. In addition, it is important to iron it at a cool temperature and not to tumble dry it.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. It consists of a process of ink transfer through vaporization and pressure, which allows a high degree of definition in the drawing, as well as the possibility of printing on different types of fabric. It should be noted that, being a single printed side, it is essential to take into account the orientation of the design and the need to match seams and joins to achieve an impeccable and homogeneous final result.
