The base fabric is Amsterdam Satin, a shiny, satiny fabric made of 100% polyester. This fabric has a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed design on this fabric has standard complexity but a variety of colors for decorative and tropical styles. The nature of the print is leaves and plants. The main colors are multicolored with a variety of shades.
This design, printed on one side by digital textile printing, combines easily with plain shades of green, blue, white, and beige. The fabric texture is smooth to the touch with the characteristic sheen of satin and a thin consistency. The fabric is suitable for a variety of applications ranging from shirts and blouses for men and women, to skirts, jumpsuits, pants, and lingerie. Accessories such as scarves can be created with the fabric, and it is a great option for bridal wear.
When caring for this fabric, avoid bleaching it and washing it at a temperature above 40˚C. Machine drying should be at a reduced temperature, and it can be ironed at a warm temperature. Dry cleaning is allowed, except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. Printing is done by transferring ink using heat and pressure onto the fabric. The pigmentation of the colors is similar to a photograph and is fixed to the fabric fibers so that it does not lose intensity when washed.
