The Lycra Polyester fabric - Cairo 220 gr/m2 stands out for its elasticity and softness, characteristics that are reflected in its elastic and soft texture and feel. Its printed design, with a simple vector pattern inspired by the sky and clouds, is mainly composed of shades of silk blue, cotton white, and gainsboro gray. This printed fabric can be combined with solid colors such as white, light gray, and dark blue.
The Lycra Polyester - Cairo has high chlorine resistance and Very High UV protection 50+, making it suitable for sports uses in swimsuits and bikinis, as well as for womens lingerie, tops, and bodysuits. In addition, this fabric is ideal for making scrunchies and knitted garments, among other uses.
It is important to care for this fabric following the manufacturers recommendations, avoiding bleaching and washing at maximum temperatures of 40ºC. It is recommended to iron at cool temperatures and not to tumble dry.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which consists of transferring the design through heat and pressure. This process guarantees high quality and long durability of the print, which is always done on one side of the fabric using digital textile printing.
