Transparent Gauze - Salamanca

The base fabric for our printed design is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca. This fabric is characterized by its transparent texture and visual appearance, as well as its delicate and light feel. The printed design is based on a simple vector pattern that reflects the nature of the sky with clouds in blue, white, and gray tones. This design can be combined with solid fabrics in blue, white, gray, and silver tones. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for high-definition imagery and a wide variety of colors.

Regarding general characteristics, Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is a polyester fabric with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its primary use focuses on lingerie, dresses, skirts, sarongs, scarves, and even childrens clothing due to its delicacy and lightness. Once manufactured, it is important to follow proper care instructions for durability: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron at a cool temperature, do not tumble dry, and dry clean except for trichloroethylene.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which involves printing the design onto special transfer paper and then, using heat and pressure, transferring the ink to the polyester fabric. This allows for full-color designs with great definition and durability.
