The base fabric is Synthetic Knit with Spandex - Support, a knitted fabric composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m² and a width of 152 cm. Its texture is soft to the touch and elastic, and visually it is opaque. The printed design is drawn and botanical in style, based on plants and branches with artistic leaves and flowers and pictorial florals, in a multicolor range. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its softness and elasticity make it ideal for lingerie such as briefs, bodysuits, and bras or bralettes, as well as for knitwear and fashion accessories. It is also suitable for sportswear, such as tops for women, men, and children. Additionally, it is used as a material for hair ties and scrunchies due to its elastic properties.
As for the care instructions, the fabric should not be bleached, and machine washing should be done at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It allows dry cleaning, except for trichloroethylene. For ironing, cold temperature is recommended on the reverse side of the fabric, and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the ink on sublimation paper and then transferring it to the fabric with the application of heat and pressure. This method provides high print quality without affecting the softness and elasticity of the fabric.
Regarding color combinations, the multicolor design of the fabric can be combined with solid colors in pastel shades, as well as with dark tones such as black and gray, to highlight the vibrant tones of the printed design.
