The fabric in question is the Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, a georgette fabric with a weight of 90 gr/m2 and a composition of 100% polyester. Its width of 150 cm and its pleated finish give it a very interesting translucent visual texture. On the other hand, the printed design of the fabric presents a high complexity with a tropical, graphic, botanical, and decorative style. The floral nature is present in the pictorial and artistic flowers, highlighting roses in particular. The main design is multicolor and perfectly combines with plain tones in white, pink, green, or orange. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric and the design, we can highlight its suitability for womens and mens fashion garments such as skirts, dresses, blouses, or scarves. It is also a good option for lingerie, both bridal and daily wear, as well as in sportswear for sarongs. The fabric presents a very delicate translucent visual texture that is perfect for achieving a romantic and sophisticated aesthetic in the garments or accessories made with it. For its part, the design is inspired by the tropical world and nature, presenting a graphic pattern with flowers that makes it perfect for summer garments and accessories.
As for the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron it at a cold temperature, and avoid tumble drying. If dry cleaning is needed, trichloroethylene should be avoided.
Finally, it is important to highlight the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured: digital textile sublimation. This is a direct printing technique on the fabric in which special inks are used that vaporize and permeate the fiber of the fabric, guaranteeing a high-quality and durable finish in the stamped design.
