Recycled Lycra fabric is a lycra with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a soft and elastic texture, making it an excellent choice for swimwear and sportswear. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+, making it ideal for outdoor activities.
The printed design of this fabric has a tropical style with very characteristic complex graphic patterns, mixing botanical and decorative elements. It is composed of pictorial flowers, roses, and artistic flowers, achieving a very attractive multi-color combination. This design can be combined with plain tones in pink, green, and blue to achieve a fresh and vibrant look.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which guarantees high quality and color fidelity. The fabric is soft to the touch and elastic, which facilitates its manipulation. In addition, it has GRS certification and is sustainable, as it is created from recycled fabrics.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are scrunchies, bikinis, swimsuits, and fashion clothing. The fabric is especially suitable for swimwear and sportswear due to its chlorine resistance and UV protection. Its use for fresh and summery fashion clothing is also recommended.
To keep it in good condition, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC, iron it at a cool temperature, and not use a dryer. Recycled Lycra fabric is designed to be durable, so it is important to follow the care recommendations to prolong its useful life.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation. This process involves the pigments being transferred to the fabric by means of sublimation at high temperatures, which results in a high-quality and durable print.
