Description

The Recycled Lycra fabric - Recycled is a lycra fabric that stands out for its sustainable composition of 85% POLYESTER and 15% ELASTANE and a weight of 190 gr/m2, which makes it very resistant and elastic. In addition, it has features such as a soft and elastic feel, chlorine resistance, and a high UV protection factor of 50+. The Vichy-style plaid printed design is multicolored, allowing it to be combined with solid tones such as white, black, red, or navy blue, among others. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.

The applications and uses of this fabric are diverse, standing out in sports swimwear such as bikinis or swimsuits, and it is also ideal for making scrunchies. Due to its high quality, this fabric is also used for fashion, specifically in the swimwear area, such as swimsuits and beach accessories.

To maintain this fabric in optimal conditions, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used for this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows the design to be durable and resistant to washing. This technique involves transferring the design from a specially printed paper at an appropriate temperature and pressure onto the fabric surface, causing the pigment to go directly from solid to gas, penetrating the fabric and creating a uniform and colorful finish.
