Recycled Lycra fabric is a stretchy and soft fabric with a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. It has a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by its standard complexity with a botanical and decorative graphic pattern, and by having artistic and pictorial flowers in a burst of multicolored colors.
The single-sided design printed by digital textile printing shows great quality and detail in its strokes, making it ideal for making bikinis, swimsuits, hair ties and scrunchies. In addition, it can be combined with solid colors in yellow, pink, green and blue.
The fabric stands out for its soft and elastic texture, and for having a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection of 50+. Thanks to its GRS certification and its sustainability as it is recycled, you get an environmentally friendly fabric.
Recycled Lycra fabric is suitable for making sports bikinis and swimsuits, swimwear and other accessories. For its care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, iron at low temperature and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is Sublimation (Polyester), which is used for high-resolution digital printing carried out on transfer paper to then be transferred to the fabric. This sublimation process ensures that the printed design does not peel off or lose color over time or with washes.
