The base fabric is Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, a crepe fabric with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. Its weight is 180 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. This fabric has an elastic and granulated feel, which makes it perfect for comfortable, body-hugging garments. The printed design is complex, in a graphic, botanical, decorative and tropical pattern style, with pictorial and artistic elements of flowers and leaves. The main colors are multi-color, which allows it to be combined with other solid colors such as white, black, green and pink. The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing.
In terms of general characteristics, Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga is an elastic fabric that adapts well to the body and is comfortable to wear. In addition, the printed design is complex and detailed, which makes it perfect for striking and decorative garments. The fabric is timeless and can be used in any season.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it is perfect for womens and mens fashion, including dresses, skirts, pants, t-shirts, tops, cardigans and knitwear. It can also be used in jumpsuits and other body-hugging garments.
It is important to take into account the care of the fabric, avoiding bleaching and washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry cleaned, but not with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be at a cold temperature and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
This fabric is manufactured using sublimation (polyester), a printing technology in which special ink is used that turns into gas when heat and pressure are applied, impregnating the fabric with a durable and clear design.
