The base fabric is 100% polyester Satin, called Satin - Amsterdam, with a weight of 120 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric has a shiny visual texture, a smooth and thin feel. The printed design is botanical and drawn, using graphic patterns of leaves and flowers. The main colors are multicolor. This design could be combined with plain fabrics in green, pink, or purple tones to further enhance the floral print. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its softness, shine, and ease of handling, making it an ideal choice for clothing, for both women and men, including shirts, blouses, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, and tops. It is also suitable for lingerie, including pajamas and wedding dresses, and for accessories such as scarves. This sumptuous satin fabric is a timeless material, perfect for both autumn and winter 2021 garments.
It is recommended to care for the fabric according to the instructions: wash at a maximum temperature of 40 °C, do not bleach, warm ironing is necessary, and it can be tumble dried at a low temperature. For proper maintenance, this fabric allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in the production of this fabric is polyester sublimation. In this process, a high-quality digital printer is used to transfer ink to the fabric surface through heat and pressure. The ink turns into vapor and infuses into the polyester fiber, creating a vibrant and durable print that does not fade over time. Since the fabric is printed on only one side, it is important to consider this when cutting or sewing it.
