Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is a recycled PET canvas called Dallas, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The fabric offers a rough and rigid appearance to the touch with an opaque visual texture. The printed design is of standard complexity, with a botanical and drawn style, and a graphic pattern of artistic and pictorial floral plants and leaves in a multicolor. The design would combine perfectly with solid colors in shades of green, brown, yellow and/or gold. The fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing.
In terms of its general characteristics, the recycled PET canvas is sustainable as it is GRS certified. In addition, the printing technology used is sublimation (only on polyester). Its use is mainly intended for decoration, both in frames and pictures, outdoor cushions, placemats, table runners, baskets, and living room frames or upholstering sofas, chairs and armchairs among others, as well as mens/womens fashion such as pants, wallets, backpacks, hats or tote bags, and other accessories such as toiletry bags and coin purses.
It is important to take into account the necessary care to extend the useful life of this fabric, so it should not be bleached and its maximum cleaning temperature is 30°C. It can also be dry cleaned with solvents and ironed at a cold temperature. In addition, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which uses special inks that turn into gas when heat and pressure are applied, achieving greater durability and fidelity in the printed colors as they are fixed directly to the fibers of the fabric. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side and not on both sides.
