The base fabric is a Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, and 3% ELASTANE. It has a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric stands out for its soft texture and visual sheen, which is accentuated by sublimation printing technology. The printed design has standard complexity, a drawn and botanical style, and a predominantly floral nature with artistic roses and pictorial florals in multi-color tones. The combination of these colors can be very varied, fitting well with solid tones such as white, gray, mustard, or dark green. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The fabric has a wide range of applications, usable in decoration for upholstering chairs, sofas, and armchairs, as well as for creating cushions, baskets, and any type of accessory. In fashion, it can be used for making trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, blousons/vests, handbags, and backpacks. Furthermore, its use is not limited to home and fashion but can also be used to decorate outdoor spaces.
It is important to highlight that this fabric requires specific care for proper maintenance. It should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, it does not allow dry cleaning, and only dry cleaning with substances that do not contain trichloroethylene is permitted. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, sublimation printing technology involves transferring ink to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. This process causes the ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers, creating a durable and high-quality result.
