Stretch Knit Crepe - Riga

The Riga Elastic Knitted Crepe fabric stands out for its granulated texture and elastic feel, making it perfect for fashion garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, trousers, cardigans, and knitwear for men and women. The printed design, featuring a botanical and abstract style combined with vibrant and floral colors such as roses and artistic flowers, adds a touch of freshness and originality to any garment it is used with. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.

The fabric is composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane with a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Additionally, it is elastic and its granulated texture provides a different look from the typical crepe. The design, for its part, has a standard complexity, is drawn in a watercolor style, and is ideal for feminine garments with a natural and fresh style. It could be combined with neutral tones such as white, black, or gray, as well as more vivid shades like yellow or apple green.

Regarding applications and uses, the fabric is ideal for creating garments that require elasticity and a different look from traditional plain fabrics. In addition to the garments already mentioned, it could also be used for swimwear. On the other hand, care instructions include no bleaching, washing at a maximum of 40ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used is sublimation, which involves transferring the design onto the fabric fibers using heat and pressure. This type of printing is perfect for this fabric, as it allows for greater precision and detail in the printed design and ensures that the color and quality of the design remain intact even after several washes.
