Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas fabric with a 100% polyester composition, characterized by a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. This fabric has GRS certification and is sustainable, thanks to being made from recycled PET.
The fabric has a rough and rigid texture, with an opaque finish and a single-sided printed design using sublimation technology (polyester). The design is abstract, complex, and in a modern art style, with main colors in multi-tone shades.
This fabric would be ideal for decoration projects, both indoors and outdoors, as well as for fashion and accessory projects. It can be combined with plain colors in earthy and brown tones to create a warm and cozy atmosphere, or with cold tones like gray and black to achieve a more modern and stylized effect.
It is important to note that the fabric should be cared for with maximum washing temperatures of 30ºC, and that it allows dry cleaning with solvents.
Regarding printing technology, sublimation is based on transferring ink from paper to fabric using heat and pressure. By subjecting the printed paper and the fabric with sublimable ink to a temperature of around 200ºC and a pressure of 40 PSI for about 60 seconds, a durable and resistant fixation to water and UV rays is achieved.
