Cotton Sateen - White Satin

The fabric chosen for this design is Cotton Sateen, also known as White Satin. The printed design is a combination of abstraction and nature, with a drawn and botanical style in watercolor tones. The design features artistic and pictorial floral elements in multi-color. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing. This fabric is soft to the touch and quite delicate due to its low grammage.

Cotton Sateen fabric is thin and has a satin finish, which gives it a characteristic sheen. It is perfect for making lightweight summer garments, such as shirts, dresses, and skirts. For home textile uses, it is ideal for making pillowcases and sheets.

Caring for this fabric is quite simple: it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach, allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, iron at a warm temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used to produce this fabric is direct reactive digital (natural fibers), which means that the ink penetrates the natural fibers of the fabric, achieving a high-quality and durable print.

Regarding combinations, due to the multitude of tones present in the design, it can be combined with plain fabrics in colors that are present in the print, such as light shades of pink, yellow, or light blue. Additionally, the watercolor design allows for a wide range of possibilities to play with colors and create intense or more subtle contrasts.
