Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a 260 gr/m2 fabric with a 100% polyester composition, characterized by its rough, rigid, and opaque texture. Its printed design stands out for a colorful and modern style with simple geometric shapes, where the main colors are a multicolor blend. In combination with plain fabrics, white or black could fit perfectly, but it can also work with brighter colors like yellow or red.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the printing is done on one side of the fabric and not on both. The fabric has a GRS certification and is sustainable, as it is made from recycled material.
The recycled PET canvas - Dallas is ideal for decoration, from frames and paintings to cushions. It can also be used in fashion for making trousers, accessories such as wallets, backpacks, and hats, and in home textiles, such as baskets, placemats, aprons, upholstery for chairs or sofas, and even for making toiletry bags and coin purses. This is because the fabric is resistant and durable.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, without using bleach, and it can be dry cleaned and ironed at a cool temperature. In addition, it is possible to tumble dry it at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process that uses heat and pressure to transfer the design pigments to the fabric. In this way, the ink penetrates the fabric fibers, creating a durable and scratch-resistant result.
