The base fabric for this design is Glasgow Cloth, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. The weight is 380 gr/m2 and the width of the fabric is 150 cm. The printed design on the fabric features standard complexity with a botanical, decorative, and artistic style. The floral nature is captured in carnations, artistic flowers, and pictorial florals, with main colors such as desert sand pink, earthworm pink, and dark magenta pink. This design could be combined with solid colors in earthy or beige tones. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch, making it ideal for crafting coats, jackets, blousons, vests, and blazers for both men and women. It can also be used for decoration in the creation of coasters for the dining room or tea towels for the kitchen. The season for which it is designed is winter and autumn/winter 2021.
Regarding care, the fabric should not be bleached, and the maximum washing temperature is 40°C. The garment is not suitable for dry cleaning, but it can be ironed at a warm temperature. It should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows colors to be fixed permanently and with high quality, giving the fabric a long lifespan.
