Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The fabric in question is a Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 260 gr/m2, and a width of 160 cm. Its printed design is characterized by its decorative style, with a floral nature that includes artistic, wild, and pictorial flowers in different shades, the main ones being indigo purple, sun yellow, and cherry red. Additionally, the fabric has a rough, rigid, and opaque texture that gives it a special touch when undertaking different projects.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, ensuring high printing quality and an optimal finish. This canvas is perfect for a wide variety of applications and uses, including decoration, fashion, textile/home, among others. Specifically, it can be used for frames, paintings, cushions, pants, toiletry bags, purses, baskets, placemats, aprons, upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs, wallets, backpacks, and hats.
Among the main characteristics of the fabric, in addition to its texture, its sustainability stands out as it is GRS certified, which ensures that the fabric is 100% recycled and made with sustainable materials. Regarding its care, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and allows dry cleaning with solvents, cold ironing, and tumble drying at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which ensures a perfect reproduction of designs with great sharpness and precision. This printing technique consists of transferring ink through heat and pressure, allowing the ink to penetrate the fabric fibers and become permanently incorporated.
