The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. Its weight is 280 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The printed design is botanical in style, with simple complexity and a floral nature that stands out for its roses as well as its artistic and pictorial flowers. The main colors of the design are dark black, pepper red, and night black. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The fabrics texture is soft with a visual sheen that enhances the printed design. The combination of this texture and the printed design makes the fabric ideal for applications such as decoration and upholstery of chairs, armchairs, and sofas. It is also suitable for making fashion garments such as trousers, jackets, blazers, and coats, as well as accessories like bags and backpacks. Furthermore, due to its resistance to dirt and UV rays, it is suitable for outdoor use in cushions and baskets.
Regarding care, the fabric should not be bleached, and its maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. It is recommended not to dry clean and to iron at a cool temperature. It is also not advisable to tumble dry this fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This means that during the printing process, a digital textile printer with special inks is used, which are transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure. This process allows for high image definition and a wide color range, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish.
