Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a durable and eco-friendly fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a composition of 100% polyester. Its printed design is characterized by an abstract pattern with drops, simple complexity, and an artistic and home decor style. The main colors are light orange, cotton white, and a small percentage of light orange. This fabric harmonizes well with other plain colors such as gray, navy blue, and black, for example. The printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), and the fabric is digitally printed on one side.
The fabrics characteristics include a rough and stiff texture, with an opaque visual appearance. Furthermore, the printed design offers excellent color and detail definition, as well as good wear resistance.
Common applications and uses for this type of fabric include home decor, such as for stretchers, paintings, cushions, baskets, and upholstering sofas or chairs, among others. It is also used in fashion for making pants, handbags, backpacks, hats, and other accessories. As a sustainable and resistant fabric, it can also be used for crafting everyday items like toiletry bags, coin purses, or aprons.
It is important to follow proper care instructions to maintain the quality and durability of this fabric. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry clean with solvents, iron at low temperature, and tumble dry at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), where ink turns into gas through heat and pressure, penetrating the fabric fibers to achieve a resistant and durable print.
