The fabric we are discussing is the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knitted fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric is soft to the touch and features a highly complex printed design with wave shapes that evoke modern art and a color scheme that makes this design unique and eye-catching. The main colors are multicolor, meaning it could perfectly combine with plain garments in black, red, or navy blue, for example. It is important to note that this fabric is digitally printed on one side only, meaning the print is on one face of the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it is perfect for making fashion garments for both women and men, such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, jerseys, and also for home textiles, like dining napkins. Additionally, thanks to its composition and weight, this fabric is ideal for use during the winter season. The printed design of this fabric, due to its complexity and style, is especially suitable for fashion garments with a modern and sophisticated touch.
It is important to consider the care required for this fabric to keep it in perfect condition. It is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned, with the exception of trichloroethylene, ironed at a cool temperature, and never tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the design on special paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for a high-quality and high-definition image, making the printed design more durable and resistant to wear and washing.
