The base fabric for this printed design is Polyester Lycra - Nairobi, with a composition of 82% polyester and 18% elastane. The fabric is soft to the touch and elastic, with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This printed design features plaid shapes that form a multicolor Gingham pattern, including different shades of pink, green, blue, and yellow. This design pairs well with plain fabrics in pink, green, blue, or yellow tones. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
In terms of its general characteristics, this fabric is chlorine resistant and has a UPF 50+ protection factor, making it ideal for swimwear and sportswear. This type of fabric is commonly used for making lingerie, swimwear, tights, leggings, leotards, and bikinis.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and iron it at a cool temperature. This fabric allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to produce this fabric is textile sublimation. This process uses special inks applied to the fabric using high-precision printers, allowing for high-quality and durable images. The result is a high-quality printed fabric with vibrant colors that do not fade over time.
