The base fabric is a high-quality cloth called Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design stands out for its standard complexity, inspired by botanical and artistic nature, with a home decor focus. The floral design incorporates artistic and pictorial flowers in grape purple, cotton white, and midnight black tones, with drawn patterns. This fabric combines perfectly with solid colors such as black, red, or mustard. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
Glasgow has a soft texture, making it a comfortable fabric to wear that adapts perfectly to the skin. The printed design adds an artistic and elegant touch to the garment or accessory made. The applications of this fabric are diverse, covering both feminine and masculine fashion, including garments such as coats, jackets, or blazers, as well as accessories like coasters. In addition, this fabric is especially suitable for altars and home decor.
It is important to highlight the care that should be taken when working with this fabric. It should not be bleached, dry cleaning is not allowed, it should be ironed at a warm temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried. The recommendation is to hand wash gently or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This technique allows vibrant and detailed images to be printed that will not fade or lose quality over time. Each color of the design is printed separately and fused with the polyester fiber using heat and pressure, achieving high-quality reproduction of the design.
