The Recycled Sport Polyester fabric - Basic features a simple, decorative, and botanical print with floral nature elements such as pictorial and artistic flowers. The main colors of the design are 28.85% green and 25.8% pink. This design can be combined with solid colors such as black, white, pale pink, or mint green. This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The fabric texture is soft and smooth to the touch. Its weight of 145 gr/m2 and width of 145 cm make it ideal for sports applications, such as swimsuits and board shorts. It is also suitable for making mens, womens, and childrens shirts. This fabric is sustainable, as it has GRS certification and is made from recycled polyester.
It is important to note that this fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, should not be bleached, and should be ironed at a cool temperature. Furthermore, it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which involves transferring ink to the fabric through heat and pressure. This process is ideal for synthetic fabrics like polyester, as the ink penetrates the fibers and does not fade over time.
