Tweed - Chanel fabric is a 100% POLYESTER Tweed-type fabric, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features multicolor Vichy check patterns, ideal for garments and decoration with a touch of classic and modern style at the same time. It can be combined with plain colors such as white, black, red, and navy blue. The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side.
Regarding its characteristics, the fabric has a rigid feel, making it suitable for structured garments such as jackets, coats, skirts, and dresses. It is suitable for different applications such as fashion (for both men and women), accessories, home textiles, and outdoor decoration.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric are the making of jackets, blazers, coats, trenches, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts, bermudas, bow ties, and caps. It can also be used for making cushions for living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens.
It is important to consider the necessary care for this fabric, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, ironing with a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for a high-quality printed design by transferring the design from printed paper to the fabric through heat and pressure. This printing process ensures a resistant and durable print.
