Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel fabric is a tweed type fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features a decorative graphic pattern with circles and dots in two main colors: a soft beige tone and a darker one. This design is of very simple complexity and adapts perfectly to classic and elegant styles. In addition, this fabric can be easily combined with other plain colors such as black, brown, white, and sand.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the design is on one side of the fabric and not on both. Regarding the general characteristics of this fabric, its rigid texture and firm feel stand out, making it ideal for elegant and durable garments and accessories. Likewise, its printed design gives it a special touch that differentiates it from conventional tweed.
In terms of applications and uses, we can highlight that this fabric is suitable for making garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, blousons, vests, and shorts, as well as for making accessories such as bow ties and caps. In addition, it can also be used for making decorative cushions for the living room, bedroom, and kitchen, and in outdoor decoration to create an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.
Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed but the use of trichloroethylene is not recommended. It is important to iron at a cool temperature and not to use a tumble dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which means that the ink is printed directly onto the surface of the fabric through a process of heat and pressure, which guarantees high quality and durability of the print.
