The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy fabric composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is soft to the touch and has a shiny visual texture, which gives it high-quality and elegant characteristics.
The printed design of this fabric is pictorial and abstract in style, with abstract shapes that give it a modern and sophisticated touch. The main colors of the design are cotton white, platinum gray, and angel blue, creating a harmonious and attractive contrast. This color combination can be easily combined with other plain colors, such as black, beige, or brighter tones like red or green.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both. This ensures high print quality and greater design durability.
Regarding the general characteristics of this fabric, in addition to its soft touch and shiny visual texture, it is important to mention that it is suitable for different applications and uses. Among the previously suggested applications, such as decoration, upholstery, and fashion, this fabric is also ideal for making jackets, blazers, coats, bags, and backpacks.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It should not be dry cleaned with trichloroethylene and can be ironed at a cool temperature. Also, it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation with polyester. This technique allows the transfer of ink to the fabric fibers through heat, which guarantees a durable and wear-resistant print. In addition, this printing technology provides vivid colors and sharp details in the stamped design.
