Paño Glasgow fabric is a textile composed mainly of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. With a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for making coats, trench coats, and jackets/vests. Additionally, it can also be used for home decor, such as coasters and kitchen towels.
The printed design of this fabric is simple, artistic, and decorative, featuring stripe patterns that evoke the nature of water and the sea. The main colors of the design are cotton white, jay blue, and steelblue. These colors can perfectly combine with other plain colors such as gray, black, and beige, to achieve a harmonious ensemble in clothing or home decor.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on one side of the fabric, not on both sides.
In terms of general characteristics, Paño Glasgow fabric is distinguished by its softness to the touch, which makes it very pleasant to wear. On the other hand, the printed design adds an artistic and decorative touch to the fabric, making it ideal for original garments and accessories.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those mentioned previously, you could also use it for making blazers, jackets, and other fashion garments for both men and women. Furthermore, its resistance to washing and ironing at a warm temperature makes it suitable for everyday wear.
In terms of care, this fabric is not recommended to be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning or tumble drying.
The printing technology used on this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process allows colors and designs to be permanently transferred to the fabric, ensuring high print quality and resistance to washing.
In summary, Paño Glasgow fabric features a simple and decorative printed design, with stripes that evoke the nature of water and the sea. Its composition of polyester, viscose, and elastane makes it soft to the touch and ideal for outerwear. Additionally, its wide range of applications and specific care make it a versatile and durable option.
