Lycra Polyester fabric, Cairo, is a high-quality elastic fabric with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. With a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm, it offers excellent elasticity and softness to the touch. Its printed design features a combination of home decorative elements and tropical style, with pictorial floral details. The main colors of this design are a mix of tones representing 35.52% and 28.08% respectively.
This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side using textile digital printing. It is important to note that this fabric is not printed on both sides; the design is only on the front.
In terms of general characteristics, Lycra Polyester fabric, Cairo, is elastic and soft to the touch, making it perfect for close-fitting and comfortable clothing. Additionally, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers very high UV protection (UPF 50+), making it an ideal choice for swimwear and sportswear.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it can be used in sportswear for men, women, and children, as well as in lingerie such as bodysuits and bras/bralettes. It is also suitable for knitwear, tops, scrunchies, bikinis, and swimsuits. Its versatility allows it to be used in any season.
For care, it is recommended not to bleach this fabric and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be dry-cleaned, excluding the use of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on polyester. This technique allows for vibrant and long-lasting colors, ensuring that the printed design remains intact for a long period of time.
