The Ponte Roma Elastic - Lyon fabric is a knitted fabric made from a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. With a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric is ideal for making knitted garments for both womens and mens fashion. Its soft touch provides comfort and its elasticity allows for greater adaptability to the body.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by being pictorial and decorative, with an artistic style that reflects nature through wild flowers. The main colors of the design are floral tones, with a 44.81% predominance and 20.72% of another complementary color. These colors can perfectly combine with plain tones such as white, black, aqua green or pastel pink, which would highlight the elements of the print.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing. This means that the design is on a single side of the fabric, which provides a more defined and detailed appearance.
In terms of general characteristics, the Ponte Roma Elastic - Lyon fabric stands out for its soft touch and pleasant texture. Its composition of polyester and elastane gives it elasticity and resistance, allowing the garments made to have greater durability and comfort.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to being ideal for knitwear such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses and sweaters, it can also be used in textile items for the home, such as dining napkins. Regarding care, it is important to take into account the following indications: do not use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning can be performed except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cold temperature and avoid the use of a dryer.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology on polyester. This technology consists of transferring ink to the fabric through a heat process, which guarantees intense and long-lasting colors, as well as high definition in the details of the design.
