The fabric we are discussing is the Brushed Sweatshirt Fabric - Boston, which stands out as a sweatshirt fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 220 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it has a GRS certification, making it sustainable as it is made from recycled materials. Additionally, this fabric has a brushed finish that provides extra softness.
As for its printed design, it features stripe and line shapes in main colors of mint green, cotton white, and eggshell white. These colors combine perfectly with other solid colors such as gray, black, beige, and navy blue. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the design on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric has the design.
The applications of this fabric are numerous, such as in fashion for both men and women with the creation of sweatshirts and tracksuits, as well as in fashion accessories like backpacks and toiletry bags. It is also widely used in sportswear for men, women, and children. This fabric is ideal for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 seasons due to its composition and design.
Regarding the care instructions for this type of fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, do not iron, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature. Furthermore, it is important to note that it supports dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink directly and individually to the fabric using heat and pressure, allowing for high definition and quality of the printed design without leaving residues.
