Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The fabric in question is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas-type fabric with a composition of 100% polyester. With a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm, it is a resistant and good quality fabric. Its printed design features attributes such as abstract brushstrokes, an artistic style, and a very simple complexity. The main colors of the design are 50.6% and 42.33%.
This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only by digital textile printing, which means that the print is present only on one side of the fabric and not on both.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its texture is rough and rigid, which gives it a very noticeable appearance and feel. Visually, the fabric is opaque, which gives the design a certain sophistication.
Regarding plain color combinations that could complement the printed design, we could opt for intense colors that highlight the tones already present in the design. For example, intense red, dark blue, or emerald green could work well.
Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a versatile fabric that can be used in various applications and uses. In addition to those mentioned above, such as decoration of frames, paintings, cushions and clothing such as pants or accessories, uses such as toiletry bags, purses, table runners, aprons, among others can be added. Its durability and resistance make it suitable for upholstery applications, whether on sofas, chairs or armchairs.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. In addition, it admits dry cleaning with solvents and ironing at cold temperature. It can also be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This printing process allows for high quality and durability of the stamped design, with vibrant and defined colors. The print adheres to the polyester fiber permanently, ensuring that it does not fade or peel off over time.
