The Recycled Lycra fabric is a 190 gr/m2 lycra composed mainly of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. With a width of 150 cm, this fabric is characterized by being soft to the touch and elastic, providing comfort and freedom of movement. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and offers high UV protection with a very high UV protection factor of 50+.
The printed design of this fabric is characterized by its abstract and artistic style, with brushstrokes that give it a touch of modernity and color. With a standard complexity, this design features main colors in patterns dominated by shades of 50.82% and 21.1%. In addition to these colors, the design could be combined with other solid colors that highlight or complement the main tones, such as white, black, blue, or green.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing. This means that the design is only on the front of the fabric, not on its reverse.
In terms of general characteristics, the Recycled Lycra fabric offers a soft and elastic texture, making it ideal for fitted garments such as bikinis and sports swimsuits. In addition, its chlorine resistance makes it perfect for use in aquatic environments without deteriorating. Its very high UV protection factor of 50+ makes it a safe option to protect the skin from harmful sun rays.
Regarding the uses and applications of this fabric, in addition to being used in swimwear such as bikinis and sports swimsuits, it can also be used in the manufacture of scrunchies and hair ties, due to its elasticity and soft finish.
Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and not to use bleaching products or dry clean. It can be ironed at a cold temperature and should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing process involves the application of heat and pressure so that the design pigments turn into gas and penetrate the fabrics, creating a durable and wash-resistant print.
In conclusion, the Recycled Lycra fabric is a high-quality and durable lycra, with an abstract and artistic printed design. With its characteristics of softness, elasticity, and UV protection, it is suitable for swimwear and accessories such as scrunchies and hair ties. Its one-sided digital textile printing and sublimation technology guarantee a high-quality and resistant result.
