The Riga Elastic Knit Crepe fabric is a versatile and resistant textile composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane. With a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric has a soft and elastic texture, which gives it a pleasant feel against the skin. Its printed design is inspired by modern art and is characterized by oval shapes and vibrant and colorful hues, which provide liveliness and joy. This design combines elements of watercolor and drawing, which gives it an artistic and fun look.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using sublimation technology, which guarantees a high-quality and durable print on the fabric. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only, which means that the back of the fabric does not feature the design.
In terms of general characteristics, the Riga Elastic Knit Crepe fabric is elastic and has a granulated texture, which makes it ideal for fashion garments such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. In addition, its polyester and elastane composition provides excellent wear resistance and great elastic recovery capacity.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoiding the use of bleach and tumble drying at reduced temperature. It can also be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and it is advised to iron at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design from a special paper printed with polyester-based inks directly onto the fabric using heat.
