The Paño - Glasgow fabric is a wool-like fabric with a composition of 93% POLYESTER, 5% VISCOSE, and 2% ELASTANE. It has a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features a combination of artistic, botanical, and illustrative attributes, with a pictorial style and graphic pattern. Stylized and large floral representations, as well as plant leaves, stand out. The main colors of the design are predominantly 62.89% and 16.91%.
This fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the print is only on one side of the fabric and not on both sides. This printing technique allows the design to be clear, sharp, and of high quality.
In terms of general characteristics, both the fabric and the printed design have attractive attributes. The fabric has a soft texture to the touch, making it comfortable to use. On the other hand, the printed design presents a standard complexity, with artistic, botanical, and illustrative attributes that give it a visually interesting appearance.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those already mentioned, such as coats, trenches, jackets, vests, blazers, and jackets, it is also used in the manufacture of coasters for dining room decoration and kitchen towels in the home. Its use in altars is also common.
As for fabric care, it is important to follow the provided instructions, such as not using bleach, washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, not dry cleaning, ironing at a warm temperature, and not tumble drying. These care instructions ensure that the fabric maintains its quality and appearance for longer.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is performed on a polyester substrate. This printing technique consists of transferring the design to the fabric through the use of heat and pressure. Sublimation guarantees a durable and high-resolution print, providing vivid and detailed colors in the printed design.
